I already know what's slow. Why pay for an assessment?
That's a useful starting point. We work out what it's costing you, whether automation will help, and what the fix involves. You get a scope and a price before committing to a build.
Is my business a good fit?
It's for service businesses with recurring manual work that takes meaningful time: entering payments, preparing documents, chasing replies, or moving information between tools. We'll discuss the work first. If the likely benefit doesn't justify the assessment, I'll say so.
How much time will my team need?
You'll take part in working sessions and a walkthrough of the recommendation. The number of sessions depends on how many people and processes are involved. Small companies can finish the assessment in as little as seven days; larger teams take longer. We'll agree on the schedule before starting.
How does the refund work?
If I don't find a durable, reliable solution to your bottleneck, I refund your full assessment fee.
Do I have to hire you for the build?
No. You keep the plan and can take it to another team. If you do build with Compound and the build starts within 30 days of assessment delivery, your full assessment fee comes off the build price.
Does the assessment include implementation?
The assessment includes the investigation, recommendation, and build scope. Implementation is a separate purchase at a fixed price. For a build with Compound, the first automation is live within 30 days of the build starting.
